You can rest easy knowing your personal items are in good hands! Our owner, Gene Loyd, has had a successful contracting business in Titusville since 1980. He and his wife Joan Loyd have been residents of Titusville for many decades and are proud to call this their home.
Together they purchased this property and completed a major remodel in 2008-09, adding climate controlled storage, hurricane ready storage and expanding the site to over 130 units.
With our expertise in Florida construction, we remodeled the self storage facility in order to withstand the harsh weather we experience all the time, not just during Hurricane season. The heat is no match for our well insulated concrete block climate controlled units and our property allows the water to run off easily since fast, strong storms are a year round occurrence here.
